fix at NCR should be put inside TMPE: https://github.com/MacSergey/NodeController30/blob/Beta/NodeControllerRenewal/Patches/CitizenAIPatches.cs

this bug usually happens using NC but it can also happen if Asset creator puts a big corner offset for his asset.

actually until 64 is supported and its unlikely they would use a value larger than that in asset editor. ~~besides TMPE has no way of knowing NC value. So I am closing this~~ TMPE caches corners for overlays.
