Resulted in range 0.01 - 3f (at default settings) instead of 0.01 - 1f, where 1f == 1 game speed unit (50km/h)

MaxUnsafeSpeedDiff - Maximum allowed difference between current cruise speed and measured speed on next candidate lane if the lane change that is necessary to switch to the candidate lane was classified as unsafe.
