Cities: Skylines throwing countless errors when trying to enable the mod. #1620

Describe the problem

Whenever I download the TMPE binaries and extract its contents into the mods folder (I followed the instructions provided) and run the game, Cities: Skylines throws at least 2 errors at me when I start the game. Sometimes it enables the mod and throws 4 errors at me.

The errors are as seen below:

Error 1:

A Mod caused an error [System.Exception]

Details: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException: The classes in the module cannot be loaded. at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Reflection.Assembly:GetTypes (bool) at System.Reflection.Assembly.GetExportedTypes () [0x00000] in :0 at ColossalFramework.Plugins.PluginManager+PluginInfo.get_userModInstance () [0x00000] in :0 at CitiesHarmony.Settings+d__16.MoveNext () [0x00000] in :0 at System.Collections.Generic.List1[ColossalFramework.Plugins.PluginManager+PluginInfo].AddEnumerable (IEnumerable1 enumerable) [0x00000] in :0 at System.Collections.Generic.List1[ColossalFramework.Plugins.PluginManager+PluginInfo]..ctor (IEnumerable1 collection) [0x00000] in :0 at System.Linq.Enumerable.ToArray[PluginInfo] (IEnumerable`1 source) [0x00000] in :0 at CitiesHarmony.Settings..ctor (UIHelperBase helper) [0x00000] in :0 at CitiesHarmony.Mod.OnSettingsUI (UIHelperBase helper) [0x00000] in :0 at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Reflection.MonoMethod:InternalInvoke (object,object[],System.Exception

Error 2:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Extract the files to C:\Users(user)\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods
  2. Start the game

Notes or questions?

I have the non-Steam version of the game (even though it looks like I do have the Steam version of the game). I followed all the instructions properly. I used the latest version of Harmony and TMPE. Cities: Skylines does not generate a log file for TMPE. I disable all mods except for Harmony and TMPE but still shows the same thing. I'm willing to re-install Cities: Skylines again if I have to and If I can back up my save(s). The game works fine without any mods enabled.

I have the non-Steam version of the game (even though it looks like I do have the Steam version of the game).

That basically means you have pirated copy! Even better, that version is 6 years old (https://github.com/CitiesSkylinesMods/TMPE/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#csl-150-f4-match-day-09062016)
