I have the non-Steam version of the game (even though it looks like I do have the Steam version of the game).
That basically means you have pirated copy! Even better, that version is 6 years old (https://github.com/CitiesSkylinesMods/TMPE/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#csl-150-f4-match-day-09062016)
Describe the problem
Whenever I download the TMPE binaries and extract its contents into the mods folder (I followed the instructions provided) and run the game, Cities: Skylines throws at least 2 errors at me when I start the game. Sometimes it enables the mod and throws 4 errors at me.
The errors are as seen below:
Error 1:

Notes or questions?
I have the non-Steam version of the game (even though it looks like I do have the Steam version of the game). I followed all the instructions properly. I used the latest version of Harmony and TMPE. Cities: Skylines does not generate a log file for TMPE. I disable all mods except for Harmony and TMPE but still shows the same thing. I'm willing to re-install Cities: Skylines again if I have to and If I can back up my save(s). The game works fine without any mods enabled.
