Describe the problem

Quick setup of a timed traffic light on a monorail road leaves the monorail lines setup to stop and go with traffic. This is almost never what you would want.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create intersection with monorail roads.
2. Ctrl-Click with timed intersection tool.
3. Do not profit.
