The game basically seems to be choosing what depots to spawn trams from based on direct distance, without checking if they're actually connected; which is obviously not ideal.
How would you fix that then? To create path you have to select source building and target. Game has no additional logic for checking if vehicle can reach the stop from depot building or not and it applies to all depot building types which spawn vehicles to be used on PT line.

This is a vanilla issue that presents in an unmodded game, and was hoping TM:PE could fix it.
The game basically seems to be choosing what depots to spawn trams from based on direct distance, without checking if they're actually connected; which is obviously not ideal. The issue especially seems to present if you have fairly long tram lines, with a depot on one end.
Oh, and I haven't tested this, but I imagine trolleybuses may have the same issue.
