Turning on TM:PE makes CPU go 100% #200

Running the latest version of TM:PE and every time I turn it on, it makes the CPU run at 100% making the game unplayable. I'm using an Intel Core i7-4700H with 16GB of RAM. https://github.com/VictorPhilipp/Cities-Skylines-Traffic-Manager-President-Edition/issues/217

What is your mod configuration?

Yes, TMPE is super CPU effective (I did not say "efficient"). xD
