I didn´t played Cities Skylines for around one month and was about to start playing it again yesterday.
I loaded my last saved game to continue building my city. After I unpaused the game, it worked without problems for about 0,5-1 second.. After that the whole game froze and I couldn´t click anywhere. The only button that worked well was the "options" button at the top right.
After a few trys I found a temporarily solution for my problem. If I reset or reload the global configuration from the mod TM:PE it works fine and I have no problems. The bad part about that is, that it takes about 5 minutes to reload/reset the configuration, which is a kinda long time. After the next game start I have the same problem and I can make the same thing to get it work.
I´ve also tried it on a few different saved games and even on a new map --> The problem was in every try. I used Compatibility mod and changed/unsubscribed every possible mod, which could cause the problem (see attachments).
