Automate keeping GIS data fresh. #3

Currently our GIS data is sourced routinely and processed into our local stores. Automate this process so GIS sources are, from a property file or process outside of the code, on a easy to customize and maintain. The file should also define schedule, data limits, speed and other features needed for different clients.

As noted in a discussion​ with Denis. When importing the data there should be preprocessing done to reduce the detail of the imported data.
