Implement the server administration page

We require a server administration page in early development to:

• Display Health and visualize connections
• Administrate connections, remove faulty programs and debug problems
• Track problems and visually prove code success

In the future This page will provide the everything needed to make informed choices and do basic administration against the total AWF server network.

For the pre-alpha and debugging purposes we require the following features:

General page

• The display of:
  • Overall health
  • Connection health between nodes
  • A list of all connected devices/servers/objects
• The ability to detect and visually track issues between nodes
  • This requires debug/server information to be made visually available somehow.

User & Connection admin: The ability to:

• message
• kick/ban
• order a disconnect/reconnect of the remote machine/connection's program
  • This could be implemented off the messaging system.
    • Key words could trigger responses in early builds.
  • Would need to be authenticated and removed for user/player connections
