Framework Bug - [BUG] #7

these bugs were found on: 2014L and 2015E

chatbubble filter broken whenever theres 2 players on the server, the chat breaks for player 1 and not for player 2. making player 1 unable to chat, while player 2 can also when i kill someone, sometimes their body parts just stay there and makes the player invisible (i have no idea if this is from the modulescript itself or just roblox).

How to Reproduce it Chat Bubble: Just Swear Player1 and 2 Chat Bug: use 2014L, Put false in The Boolean for filterForEverybodyElseFlag and Have Someone Join Your Game ("filterForEverybodyElseFlag is Found in Global/ServerScriptService/Chat Body Parts and Invisible Player - kill someone with a tool (i used brickbattle tools but i think any should work) NOTE THAT THIS WONT WORK SOMETIMES!!!
