NPCs disappear after restart or reload of server. #1101

When I restart or reload my server all the NPCs disappear. They are listed under the npc list but they aren't actually in the game. I have to create new NPCs every time.

i tried getting vault plugin it works for some people it sort of works for me but when ever i want to make a npc i have to reload befor i tern of the server but try getting vault plugin
