Sometimes NPC did not react to right click with latest RB (when chunk with NPC loads) with latest RB 1.3.1. Please fix it asap. Thanks.

rightclick works at my... i have only problems with leftclick in non-pvp zones. created with residence

it seems to be some kind of issue with "pvp protection".
