12 years ago Its the minecraft skin server. it's been flaky since 1.3. Nothing to do with your server or Citizens.

In the lastest version of citizens 2.0 released one day ago my npc skins wont load. i dont know if this is a problem with my server of with the citizens plugin but if possible i would like to know. Thanks
