This one is a bit weird because there is no schedule. Basically whenever a meeting is scheduled, that info and the link to the meeting is posted at the bottom of this page.

I've thought about this before (how to handle meetings that are 3rd thursday of the month, for example) and it's discussed at https://github.com/City-Bureau/city-scrapers-cle/issues/5 but I never came to firm resolution of what strategy to use for these types of meetings.
