Cuyahoga Board of Control online meetings #7

Meetings are still going on, however, due to covid the meetings are online. I'm unsure how City-Bureau would handle remote meetings.

This was something that @lcaswell (The local Documenters coordinator) had also wondered about; a consistent, defined way in the underlying data to state this meeting is accessible online. Since this is also affecting all of the Documenters programs, I asked about this at (https://github.com/City-Bureau/city-scrapers/issues/971).

In addition to that, the BOC has fixed days - (every Monday); but the dates meeting dates aren't explicitly listed in advanced on the website; how do we state that the meeting will be held every monday since it's not explicitly listed? I noticed this with the veterans commission and posted an issue here https://github.com/City-Bureau/city-scrapers-cle/issues/5
