Changing CityScrapers.org domain #1011

Not sure if this is a quick fix in the domain or a more lengthy process but I'd like to integrate cityscrapers.org with documenters.org—in the same way the Documenters Field Guide is fieldguide.documenters.org. How would we go about changing cityscrapers.org to cityscrapers.documenters.org?

Avery, tagging you here in case this is an easy change and you're up to do it.

I think this would actually be a more lengthy process - the domain switch would be relatively easy but then keeping up with number of potential issues/side effects with dependencies after the switch might become more complicated.
