Hi @pjsier. I just wanted to let you know that I am actively working on this--I'm trying to get familiar with scrapy, and I am also looking at spiders written by other folks to get myself oriented.

I should have something within the next few days.

@321lizzy sounds good! The use of signals like in il_pollution_control might be a useful reference for this
