Apply form layout problems #343

The checkboxes really need to line up with the board names. Also, the checkboxes disappear when checked.

This problem was fixed in FN1 a few years ago. However, Kirkwood theme for OnBoard is still pointing to an obsoelte, static version of FN1. The Kirkwood theme must, instead, compile against the local copy of FN1 and not have a seperate stylesheet declaration for FN1.
