Enable support for new authentication providers #3

We continue to want to support SAML, for authentication from Google. We also want to enable OIDC support for authentications coming from the Kubernetes dashboard.

CAS needs to be configured as an SAML provider. This is not to be confused with authenticating people against external SAML providers. The current build only supports external SAML authentications. It does not correctly set up using CAS as an SAML provider.
