Kubernetes Deployment #7

We want to switch to a container deployment of CAS, instead of running it as a VM.

Because of how development on this overlay project happens, we must continually rework all the customizations every time there's a new release upstream. In light of this, we should keep the customizations as few as possible.

This leads me to think we should move the helm chart for this project back into our private Kubernetes repo.
