Custom cover image for News #164

The news route is provided by the archive module. We want to be able to provide a custom cover image for that route.

Do we want the custom cover for just /news? Or do we want it for all new articles?

I dredged up the cover image from years ago - two redesigns ago. We probably want to use some better image.
