Currently, if a page is associated with an AD directory, the AD contact information has priority. This means the contact information fields in the page (address, phone, email, etc) are overridden by what's in AD for the department.
We should probably change the priority so the contact information typed into the page should override what is pulled from AD.
For instance, for parking garages, their AD department is for Parking Services. This contact information sets the address as the 4th street garage because that's where the department is located. However, we really want to show the address of the garage, not the address where the office staff are located.
