Display retired addresses differently #112

While you are working on #108 it would be nice to display the addresses that are retired differently than an address with a current status. The old interface used to have retired addresses grayed out. This would work or alternatively the status for the record could be displayed next to the address at the top of the screen and the color of the address string could be different. The way it works now, the user has to scroll down to see the status. Thanks
