Stopped application when submitting report to SeeClickFix's v2 test endpoint #73

SeeClickFix maintains a testing reference endpoint at: http://seeclicktest.com/open311/v2. When this URI is used with a newly added server, attempting to submit a report causes the application to display a "Unfortunately, GeoReporter has stopped." Android system error message. Listing the single service offered by this test endpoint appears to work correctly.
