Customize ViewRequestController for iPad #180

On the iPad, there is enough space on the screen to show the full image (if any). On iPhone, if the user taps on the image, a new screen is shown where the image is full screen. On iPad, there is enough space to show the bigger image on the same screen. I will see if it fits ok in the screen and if it looks ok. Also, if we show the map with the position of the issue reported, there might not be enough space for the image on the same screen.

Added map and tweaked the width in a03c6e947f9e5418600f4bc8df3b253e877b2415. the image will be viewed on another screen
