Bad URL to the ticket in CRM #3

The success message's link to the ticket in the CRM is broken. It's missing a slash in the URL.

I believe this is fixed.

But note to walk away from is the cleanliness sanity of our conventions.

Future forward, leave the trailing slash off base/domains & append to the file paths when needed.
