MAAS-39 MAAS-40 | Call ticketing system API #35

Booking API functions provided by this backend now call the ticketing system API with the booking information provided by the maas operator when calling this API. Ticketing system is called using its own identifiers (which are stored in this backend using source_id fields).

I did some refactoring and also managed to fix a few bugs. :sweat_smile:
