Package management is unclear for new users, they may accidentally add requirements to .txt instead of .in files. Suggested solution:

make requirements.txt a 'hidden' file > '.requirements.txt' and / or improve documentation, for example with pip-tools

fixed. now only one .txt is created from multiple .in files that are separated for logic
