Cityworker error while reallocating "Tree planting request"case #18-00016516 #118

While doing a "Tree planting request" on cityworker and reallocating it to Bos311 I got the following error: Everything seems to be working, I just though I should share this. img-0020

This is an error at Incapsulate, CW is showing what Incapsulate returned.

503 means Service Unavailable. For their hosting environment, this means that their service is down and unable to process the request.

@Gerardovillanueva Just like the previous issue, let's try and recreate to see if it is related to the initial sandbox upgrade issue.

Tested this one again and it seems OK.
