Adding notes: Iphone requires message but Android does not #152

Just FYI, when you add a note in Iphone, the message is a required field. When you add a note in Android, the message is not a required field.

Confirmed. @jqr, on Android, you can add a note without any photo or message. Also, when you press submit button on Add Note page, it takes about 20 second to process that (even if there is no photo or message). (on iphone it takes about 7 seconds, still too long).

@aggie7 One issue at a time (aka make a new issue)! The first issue is a client side implementation issue. I know this is fixed in Spot 5, but I'll let @netshade chime in if he wants to for 4.

This is fixed in Spot 5 and isn't a blocker in Spot 4.
