I think this was resolved a while ago, but I just re-verified it on the beta app (connected to devint2).
And here's the screens for adding a Ticket:

I cannot find this page, but yes I confirm that the 2 SRs are in the list now.

This is the New Ticket page in City Worker, and the Report page in BOS311.

Micheal and I just noticed that these two SR Types are not even visible on the list in BOS311. They are available in the API Configuration
