I think this report is connected to the LGHTELEC
Service, which is now described as "Light or electrical problem at park"
.
I did some testing on it and found no issues reporting these form BOS311. They move from submitted
to open
normally.
We've had enough churn at Spot Server/Incapsulate/Salesforce on both app code and configuration that it's hard to say exactly what fixed this issue at this point.
@vanessacalderon can you verify and close?
Cannot test this as it seems that all the SRs I am creating are in Submitted status

We're getting a variety of errors on these at Incapsulate. They're aware of the issue, but here's an example for posterity:
Bad response code 500 when querying Incapsulate::TicketSubmitter(app/interactors/incapsulate/ticket_submitter.rb:22:in `call') :

This looks like a quoting issue happening upstream of Incapsulate, assigning to @karthikakula for debugging. Here's the link to que for easy retrying.
syncing issue is resolved. cases move from Submitted to Open in CW
The issue was not in CW. It was in BOS311. @edasilva85 I created today a Light or electric problem at park and the case was open in one minute in BOS311. Closing this one.
I just created a Park/Lightning issue and the case is in submitted status in BOS311 but I already got a case creation email with the case number.
Where is the disconnect here?
