New IDM Account Request Form #326

Employees must go through a very cumbersome process to get an IDM (oracle identity management) account created if they do not inherently get one. All full time employees via the City (not including quasi agencies) inherently get an account created once they are hired.

Side note: Some employees do not know that they get an account created and simply need to know what their password is and/or have a password reset.

As of now, managers of the employee must complete the following form on behalf of the employee. However, this is living on Liquid Office which only works well on Internet Explorer and the manager must also already have an IDM account.

Form: http://lo.cityhall.boston.cob:8080/lfserver/x24ede02dz12a7cb832c0zx6860gsxb4gxgsox7h?DFS__TargetWindow=x24ede02dz12a7cb832c0zx6860gsxb4gxgsox7h&DFS__FormType=crp

It would be great if we could move this into a seamless doc or similar process and explore how to make this process easier, more accessible and just a better experience overall.

Georges Hawat is probably considered the 'owner' since this lives on Liquid Office, which falls under Georges. However, the City has outright stated that Liquid Office is no longer supported.

Reilly can help give more background and we may want to get Lauren Lockwood and Patricia involved to help support this change/move off of Liquid Office.

Should probably still on be available via Hub, and not fully public.
