Brief Description Date is recalculated

Steps to reproduce 1) 00:00 load page in a private browser 2) 00:01 fill out form as normal 3) 00:12 set the date to February date 4) 00:36 set day to 31, which is not a valid date for February a) 00:43 Bug: Notice the date is adjusted to March 3 5) 00:47 set date back to February 6) 00:50 set day to something above 31 a) BUG: “Date must include the Day”

Desired Result Consistency: either have old date be expanded into the next month or have an invalid date be an invalid date

Actual Result Inconsistent: valid date for any other month extends into the next month, invalid date is invalid

To resolve: If someone put in a date that isn't possible, then have the message display "The date you entered is not a valid date."

Do not have the software do any auto adjusting of dates.

This should be resolved for all date fields on all Registry apps:
