Steps to reproduce 1) Go to https://validator.w3.org/ 2) Enter in a URL for testing, such as https://boston.gov 3) Obtain the attached report

Desired Result No HTML validation errors. Note that this is a lower priority accessibility issue because html5 has updated guidance for resolving validation errors. Note that this could be tested on all pages of the website.

Actual Result HMTL validation errors and warnings are obtained.
