Emma from the mayors office stopped by and new a file smaller for when she uploads it to twitter. I sent it through the encoder and then emailed the file to her.

The file was originally 170mbs and I shrank it to 14mbs, while Sarah, disclosed that she has to do this often and usually uses a third-party internet app to make this process work, which means a few extra uploads and downloads of the same information.

Since Sarah, has Adobe suite, I will make a watch folder / water droplet that will work on her computer, this is similar to the "watch folder issue" we need to have little auto encoders that allow people to convert media without drag and drop features.

I will circle back with a simple solution and proof later this week.

I have to set this up directly on her computer, you are not able to transfer the folder via the web.
