Here are examples of the emails users will receive if they look up what reminders they are subscribed to COB page: https://www.cityofboston.gov/publicworks/sweeping/remindme.asp

Once the user initiates a search for Street Sweeping reminders the user will be navigated to a results page based on their search criteria. Search results my yield a list if the search was loosely defined. The user will also be able to sign up for email reminders as well as search for any email reminders they already have.
NOTE: there are no direct paths to this from Boston.gov
Search Results
[ ] The user sees the Street Sweeping Look up header with the disclaimer about result discrepancies between boston.gov and posted street signs.
[ ] The user sees a field with the data (address, neighborhood etc.) they entered in the search field
[ ] The user sees their results in a list with the following column headers : Street, District, Side, Section Schedule, Reminders
[ ] The user sees a check box in next to each row in the reminders column, each checked box indicates that is the street the user wants to be reminded of for sweeping once they complete the sign up process.
Email Reminder Sign Up
[ ] The user sees the Sign Up for Email Reminders headers with instructional text on how to choose what street they want reminders for
[ ] The user sees a text box to enter the email address where they want to reminders to be sent
[ ] The user sees a reminder preference dropdown allowing them to choose what time they want receive their reminders : 7am, 2pm, 5pm
[ ] The user sees a Sign Up For Reminders button when clicked will complete their reminder sign up process
[ ] The user sees a Back to Search Link that will take them back to the Street Sweeping Search page
Look Up Email Reminders
[ ] The user sees the Look Up Your Email Reminders Heading
[ ] The user sees and email address text box to search reminders that are associated with the email address entered
[ ] The user sees a Look Up Reminders button when clicked will show all the reminders the user is signed up for ( On the COB site the user gets sent and email list of their reminders. See in an additional comment below email examples the user receives: one with no reminders and one with reminders)
