Step 4 Baseline Strategies: If the user unclicks one of the following strategies Transit, Vehicle, Bicycling it should be deducted from their total score #2465

Issue: The users total score is not changing if any of the baseline strategies, Transit, Vehicle, Bicycling, this should be reflected in their total score

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Unclick any of the following baseline strategies - Transit, Vehicle, Bicycling
  2. Total score in top banner does not change if any of these strategies are unclicked

Expected results: If the user unclicks any of these strategies they should see the total score in the top banner change to reflect what they unclicked.

This bug has been fixed- I am a still waiting for confirmation from BTD about what the correct behavior should be
