Video #1:
[ ] I think the movements/transitions are still a bit too fast. Otherwise, I like it. Would there be an intro visual signalling that this is from the City of Boston? Or just the seal at the end?
[ ] There’s something especially strange about the section where we show pictures of the electric bill and zoom in. I think there needs to be a bit more time here.
Video #2:
[x] Text note: “Be cautious! most…” “Most” should be uppercase.
[x] Text note: “Does the contract auto-renew at a higher rate than where I started?” (Should probably read: “...where it started.”)
[ ] I’d like to think about how we might use a more descriptive icon than the green checkmark for “Only share your electric bill and account information if you have agreed to sign up with them...and not before.” Same note for the red “X” icon.
[ ] The transitions are too fast.
[x] There’s one section where you can see the blue line that exists later on in the video. Is there a way to keep this “out of view” until the viewer gets to that section of the video?
[x] The blue line disappears in one section. It’s the only place where this happens and so it stands out and makes the video feel discontinuous.
[x] I don’t know if it makes sense to have the arrow going up (showing “variable rates”) incorporated into the blue line. It’s unclear what text this graphic belongs to. By the time we talk about variable rates, the image of the arrow has disappeared. I would remove the current icon for “Will I pay a fixed or variable electricity rate?” and instead use the arrow icon in that section.
[x] I would also put the “Will I pay a fixed or variable electricity rate?” section higher in the scrolling order as that’s a very important question.
