Thanks for the call and these links! Here are my brief notes for reference:

· Design Panel & Tour at City Hall · Open to other/additional ideas · Project overview: Multi-disciplinary design solution for city hall wayfinding solutions; digital experience; 3 design teams: Department of Innov & Tech, MONUM: Mayors Office of New Urban Mechanics & Utile; · Date: Design Week not a deal breaker – may be worth saving the money. Kayte & Sam to discuss any compelling pros to piggy backing on this event week · BOS/SEGD team to think about and circulate dates · Distribute to BOS/SEGD contact lists – others?

Next steps: · Identify target date · Identify moderator · Begin outreach to panelists · Begin outreach to sponsors · Create schedule for Save the Date, Event Blog Post, Invite · Create event agenda
