Detroit - Helper Text Update

As a leasing agent, I might need more guidance on some of the fields

Acceptance Criteria

• When I am on the partners listings page, then I will see helper text under the Special Notes field - notes field, not palceholder
• And I will also see helper text in the Unit Group section
• Remove Deposit helper text

Notes

• Unit Type Helper Text: Please list out the unit types in your property and indicate their bedroom size, income and rent limits, and waitlist status. If your building has multiple subsidies (tax credit, PBVs, etc., list out unit types separately by subsidy.
• Special Notes Helper Text: Please include any other information residents should know about your property.

@slowbot can you add a mock for the Costs Not Included helper text, we talked about using the label for that

@kathyccheng a few questions

1. "Remove Deposit helper text" should we remove a field value "or one month's" or remove that textarea completely from the listing form?
2. "Add a default to Costs Not Included" - translation needed @slowbot 👀

@dominikx96 remove the default field value "or one month's..." and then for default to Costs Not Included, I forgot to remove that one, nothing is necessary there so I think we're all set?

QA Notes

1. Open listings management: https://deploy-preview-1362--detroit-partners-dev.netlify.app/
2. Find the Additional Fees section and make sure the Deposit Helper Text field doesn't have a default value (should be empty)
3. Find the Listing Units section and make sure it has a description text mentioned in the issue.
4. Find the Special Notes field and compare a helper text with the content mentioned in the issue.
