Check service provider for DPW #173

Describe the bug

Different providers are reported in my home info app and dpw map app for the same address.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://detroitmi.gov/webapp/find-your-waste-pickup-schedule
  2. Enter address 20103 Russell St, Detroit, MI, 48203
  3. See 'Priority Waste' as provider in sidebar
  4. Enter the same address in my home info app on https://detroitmi.gov and 'WM' is shown as provider

Expected behavior

Both apps should show 'Priority Waste' as provider.
