@ernestbanh: Can you merge this PR in? Expanding the vaccinations chart to show % boosted, as the ongoing discussion is no longer just about who has 2 doses. Visualizations should evolve and grow with public health guidelines and discussions.

Angel is working on it. We have other fix that he also needs to merge.
