Add Daily Incident/Transport email to it's own db #15

We'd like to have a repository of daily LAFD incident and transport emails to their own database so that we can refer back to counts for reference.

Can you please define what an incident is?

Each unique call to 911 receives an automated incident number in the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. For the reports of "Daily Incidents" we would consider a valid incident to be any incident number that had an LAFD unit dispatch associated with it. So this would remove incident numbers where a caller immediately hung up, or some similar event
