Create new daily report for the number of incidents #18

The old report is only provided on a citywide level. The new report would include more granular levels (Battalion, first-in) as well as merging data from NFIRS.

where is the file for the old report located?

where is the NFIRS data located? what is the schema for this data?

@bryanblackford The old report is automatically run via Crystal Reports. The new report will be a Power-BI based report.
