Add New Project Attributes #137

Please add the following (3) new attributes to the database: Total Unmet Funding Project Start Date Projected Project Completion Date

Hey @JacquiSwartz. For the Total Unmet funding, do we subtract the grant from budget and get the result?

Updated models with additional attributes. Working on getting unmet funding value.

Hello @JacquiSwartz, I'm not entirely sure what is the role of Prop C. Should that also count in Unmet Funding?
