Attachment for images #47

Please create field in form that allows attachments for image types:

PDF,JPG, PNG

Image storage in the db can be a hilariously difficult problem for webdevelopers. (see: for an example https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3705420/what-are-the-best-practices-for-image-serving) Do we want to keep it a little simpler and just allow links to google drive?

You know what, let's save this for Round 2.

We updated our project mangers regarding the current build and image attachment is something they would like to have featured. Don't worry about the Google Drive fix.
