Restructuring in process. Going to incorporate Create-React-App module into project.

@benjinchang feel free to make an open PR and push commits to it to refactor. Once you're comfortable, you can rebase into a single commit and ask for reviewers.

I would strongly suggest adding tests prior to doing any cleanup.
