feat(content): merge the existing production code in Dawn's repository to the production branch #13

What does this PR do?

This PR intends to release the current production code in this development branch to the the production branch of this repository.

Background info

Initially, a PR would be needed if there were updates in the aws branch of Dawn's repository where then a branch containing the new production code would be merged into this repository's development branch. Since the development branch of this repository has the latest production code, we will merge this development branch into the production branch.
