Problem

We want the current development branch of this repository to contain the latest development code of the existing environment.

Solution

Add the latest applicable development code from https://github.com/dawncomer/open-sdg-site-starter, commit c844c0d726521112c045249fda1ead17409083a8 in the develop branch.
